Chip and PIN Credit cards?
Now that most of Europe is going to the new Chip and PIN credit cards are American travelers finding it harder to use regular credit cards to pay bills and access cash at ATM'S in Europe?

Nope, lots of places still use the 'swipe and sign' thing. If your not sure, just ask in the store. They can usually do it, as there are still some british companies using the swipe/signature method.
