I don't make cakes but I know how these things are done. I'm sure you'd use fondant, which is the part about how I don't make cakes. Get the Ferrari logo nice and clean from someplace online. Size it to fit your cake and print two of them in black and white. Cut the horse out of one sheet with an exacto knife or similar. Cut the shield out of the other sheet. Roll out your fondant, one black and one that yellowish color. Lay the shield on the yellow and cut around it with the exacto knife, then do the same with the horse. Lay the horse on top of the shield and glue it down with however you glue fondant - egg wash? Put it on your cake ..... Some of the details on your pics are trickier than others, like the legs and other places. You cut cut those through so the shield shows through, I'd think.

You may also want to look into Sugar Sheets. They come in a sheet like a piece of paper. I made a Star Wars themed cake and cut out a jedi logo using a piece of black Sugar Sheet. They sell all different colors. I traced my logo using a small rotatory tool that came with a cheap pumkin carving kit - it looks like a little spiky wheel. Then I used an exacto knife that I bought at WalMart and cut it out. I do suggest practicing first before you do the real thing. The quicker you get at it, the better it will come out and lay on your cake. Once I put mine onto the cake, it looked excellent after sitting for an hour or two. Good luck!!
