Dialog Unlimited broadband package any good ?

I am hoping to buy a dialog unlimited broadband Rs.690/ package, so i like to know whether it is good , Anyone from Sri Lanka using it , how is it ? browsing after speed reduce good ?

    It sounds quite promising, but the truth is it is so damn slow.
