how do i know how many watts my computer is in order to purchase a new charger?

I need a new charger for my hp pavillion dv7 1450us, i dont have the old charger anymore, and ive looked all over my computer and dont see anything. I searched online and i keep on seeing 65w or 90w, how do i know which one?

    You not only need the right voltage you need the right connector on the adapter.

    You could look it up on HP's support website or search on eBay for pavilion dv7 1450 adapter where they are about $10.

    usually charger config is given in the case with reference to volts and amps like : 19v --4A...so look for that...if should be found in the case...else take out the battery and check on it
