Hi i am trying to make a mechanical device not depending on electricity
and Í need rotation
so i was thinking how can i get power in form of pull and push continuously..
in form like lever system case 1.but continuously without any help of human force
just like 3 pendulums
in form like pulley system

What you want to build is called a perpetual motion device and it is not yet in the design stage.

look at the design of simple pendulum clocks. The ustilize the push/pulls methods.
The use bothe the pendulum and a pully system with a mainspring or a weighted chain to turn the pulleys.
