    Take 1.00L of the solution

    This has mass = 1000*1.02 = 1,020g

    It is 4.87% by mass

    Mass of NaOCl = 4.87/100*1020 = 4.9674g NaOCl

    Molar mass NaOCl =74.44 g/mol

    4.9674g = 4.9674 / 74.44 = 0.0667 mol NaOCl in 1.0L of solution

    Molarity = 0.0667M
