PayPal and Bank Transanction...?
I have a Debit Card loaded with a certain amount of cash. I want to deposit it to a checking bank account connected to another debit credit card. If I connect my bank debit card to a PayPal account and "send" money to that account from the first debit card already connected to a paypal account would I be able to use the funds? How does Paypal work?

As you trying to do will cost you a lot if you use paypal .first you need to add funds from your bank account A to paypal and pay some fees or free and then you need to add another bank account in paypal to withdraw to bank account be . Paypal will take money from one account and you will withdraw to another . The best way to transfer from one bank account to another beside adding additional thired party as paypal you can simple request you Accounts and A to transfer to Account B . MOST of the banks do offer online and phone banking . It will cost you cheep. Fast and direct debit but only if u have both account is same region. Hope it will help you.
