Elbow pain after throwing/pitching a baseball?

I'm 14, I been pitching since I was 9. Never had/wanted to have elbow pain. But since yesterday and today i caught a pain around my elbow mostly on the left of my elbow and in the back of it. it's not on the tip or anything it's around the elbow. I DO NOT throw anything offspeed besides a change up. my coach is VERY strict on off speeds. I'm also sore on my forearm and bicep. I pitched 5 innings on Tuesday and I felt sore after. I haven't told my coach yet but I will tomorrow if it starts hurting. Today I didn't throw a lot because of my arm was hurting. we also ran sprints and jogged poles. and I also took about 8-10 cuts today in the cage. I need to know what's wrong!

Update:

the pain is right next to the elbow but not on the elbow if that makes sense

The best thing to do is ice the areas that hurt. DO NOT use heat! It causes more swelling which can damage tendons. Over use or repeated actions are usually the cause for elbow pain. You may want ask your parents if you can take ibuprofen for swelling and pain. You can also look up 'treatment of tennis elbow' on the internet for ways to prevent future pain and swelling. If you use the arm too much when it is swollen it can cause injury to the elbow or shoulder which may result in the need for surgery to repair torn or damaged tendons and ligaments. Icing with ibuprofen is the best treatment.
