How do I reset my laptop?
I have a Toshiba laptop 2006 or 2007 model with vista. I was playing Halo CE and during game play the blue screen appeared and it shut down. I powered it on and selected "continue normally" but it comes to a completely black screen where only the pointer is visible, and won't continue. I've got the same result when I tried to continue in safe mode. I can't click on anything and it stays on this black screen forever. I can't get to my desktop or log in screen so I'm at a loss.

Insert an os disc, reboot and press a key to boot from the cd, then in the options format your c drive and reinstall that os..
