Can you get a scholarship for having green eyes?

My friend said that you could the other day, and I wanted to know if it was true.

    There probably is a scholarship that is only offered to people with green eyes. That doesn't mean that you can automatically get the scholarship if you have green eyes. It means that you can only apply if you have green eyes. Whether you win the scholarship will normally be based on other things.
