How do You Change a Transmission Screen/Gasket On a 96 Mercury Sable?
I need to change my transmission screen/gasket on my Sable, but I'm not sure where it is or how exactly to do it, yes' I could just take it to a car garage but that cost money, money I don't have at the moment. so I have to just do it myself right now, if anyone could tell me I'd very much appreciate it.

You have to drop the transmission pan. By the time you get done buying everything you need, you could have it done at a shop. Just get a filter change done, no flush.
