2002 GPv6 loss of power on hills. Trans shifting up and down at high speeds is a plugge Poor gas mileage?

Is a plugged exhaust possible??

service engine light on at times, Problem started when muffler replaced?

    You need to get the codes read. Yes it could be a plugged exhaust.
