Any advice would be appreciated. Do I need more speed, power, average? I know my rotation isn't the greatest so who should I look to trade and for who? Like Ethier for say a Matt Harvey, or something similar? Thanks

weak pitching with way too little starting pitchers. You also need people with better batting averages as you have a lot of free swinging, low BA guys. You have way too much closers, you can trade at least two of them away for starting pitching.
