Any advice would be appreciated. Do I need more speed, power, average? I know my rotation isn't the greatest so who should I look to trade and for who? It would help us to know your league size & a little about your league scoring..
But you have way too many offensive bench warmers & not enough SPs.
You need at least 3 more SPs if you even ever expect to win your Ks & Ws categories.
Salty,Carpenter, and Alexei should be instant dumps for SPs,and Ethier for Harvey would then be a very helpful move for your team.I really like Kazmir (SP/CLE) as a pick up,and if Beachy is available grab him,but you'll soon have to stash him on your DL & pick up a replacement SP for him;But then when Beachy returns you'll have your much needed ace.
Players that sit on your bench do not help your team, they are only dead weight;Hitters don't get many days off,so backups just rot away on your bench.SPs pitch 1 to 2 times a week so you can rotate them in & out of your lineup; While leaving your RPs in every day their team plays.
