I'm thinking I can let a lot of the high priced guys go and probably get them cheaper than what their contract is worth. Which young guys are worth their values between Chapman, Lynn, Samardzija, Myers, and Machado? Being a Marlins fan (please have sympathy), I wanted to hang on to Stanton. Any suggestions?

I'm a Marlins fan too. Stanton is worth keeping. Yu Darvish and Samardzija are kind of iffy. They will produce lots of strikeouts for you, but their ERA is something to be concerned with. Especially with Yu, pitching in Rangers Park... You should hang on to Bonifacio instead of Reyes. Bonifacio can be a 0.300 hitter if he has a good year, and he has as much speed as Reyes, plus Bonifacio qualifies for multiple positions (at least in the Yahoo leagues he does). Chapman is a solid player. Keep him. I had Fiers on my team last year, he was good. He kept his ERa down, but not big on strikeouts. You definitely should keep Jim Johnson. He's a fantastic closer and he'll only cost you a buck. With the money you save from going with Bonifacio instead of Reyes and not getting Samardzija, you could get Kershaw. Cespedes is pretty good. I'm not sure about Lancy Lynn though, he was solid for me throughout most of the season, but he fell apart at the end there a bit. What about getting Justin Morneau hits a bit better, and I do believe they have the same amount of power.
