i forgot the answer of yahoo secret question and i cant enter my email. what should i do?

i know my Yahoo ID and password but it keep asking me to verify ID by answering the secret question which i forgot the answer.
also i dont remember the alternative email used

By clicking on the link above you'll get to see several drop-down menus. 
Click "Yahoo Account" in the 1st,
click "Password and Sign In" in the 2nd,
click "unable to sign in".

In the 4th explain in a few words the problem you have with your security question and alternative account.
