Should they ban refills of sodas and other sugary drinks at fast food restaurants?

Absolutely not. I agree with the argument that obesity is at an all time high. But, banning people from eating/drinking what they want is just unrealistic, it would never work. Instead of the government trying to put these silly laws in place they should teach people how to be healthy, that it's fun to go to the gym with friends or take a hike! If we worked together to educate our people we'd have a healthier, happier environment....And yes, People would definitely get refills anyway! These laws are just plain silly and aren't well thought out.

I don't believe in banning anything, but I live in America (the least free country in the world). People can either choose to, or not to choose to waddle their fat asses up to the diabetic refill center or not. It's is an individuals choice. If they don't get free refills at any fast food chain, they can buy gallons and gallons of diabetes at the supermarket of their choice.. But the bottom line is it is their choice.

I disagree not everyone even finish their first refills of soda so why ban the refill soda machines

no, if they are charging us that much, for sugar and carbonated water, we should get something back from them. the governmennt needs to but out of all this freedom/lifestyle legislation and fix this country.
