Vaio laptop, replacing the graphics card?

I have a vaio s series (the red one with radeon hd 6470m) - which is now sold out forever, limited edition.

Would i be able to change the graphics card to say radeon hd 7000+ etc?

    No, you can only replace the hard drive or ram.
