DHL GLOBAL MAIL- Why is this taking so long?!?
I ordered some shirts from the website CafePresss.com. they shipped my order via DHL Global mail (from the US to Israel). My package is stuck on the status :us departure (DHL GLOBAL MAIL) for about a week. should i be worried? why does it take so long?

It has left the US and on its way to Israel. The next entry will be when it has pass customs in Israel and on to the local post. That may take from 7-14 days depending upon the method that it was sent.
