Small hard bump on inside of anus?

Okay I noticed today when I was taking a shower yes I have good hygiene I clean my *** twice a day when I shower. Anyway I noticed a small pee size hard bump on the inside of my anus rectal cavity it does not hurt unless I push on it hard but that was not there yesterday does anyone have any clues to what it is? I am a 20 year old male 6ft 1in 280lbs and just recently a day or two ago am coming down with a cold but im sure that has nothing to do with it. If anyone can help let me know id rather not go to a doctor I have no insurance and its personal and embarrassing.
