All they do is sing while they are in the lobby. None of them are intelligent.

Hahah, do you mean they re literally 10 or that they act like 10 year olds?
Little kids aren't supposed to be mature. Sure they're annoying, but so were we when we were 10. I've never ran into anyone singing in the lobby, but if they are actually little kids then you shouldn't be mean to them.. IF they are more like 14-year-old dingalings playing CoD then have no sympathy. They are low, annoying, and should know better!
But, again, if they're actually 10 then you shouldn't expect them to act intelligent..

1. They are 10.
2. They are not meant to be intelligent, they are 10.
3. They have nothing else to do at that age, they are 10.

It's because our expectations of a 10 year old kid have gone down so much, that's what they feel they're entitled to do.
