Ok so my parents dont have a bank account that they can draw money out of and even if they did they wouldnt let me put money on because they dont trust things like that so if someoe can gift me a tf2 item at any price it can be the cheapest or if you want you can gift me a steam wallet card [uk]

if this seems suspicous and you're wondering why my parents dont have a bank account its because my mom got fired from her job and doesnt have one anymore and my dad didnt have a job to start with and im 15 and dont have one of my own.

I found some way that could possibly allow you to get premium.

Anyways, just find someone to gift you DOTA 2. That should be pretty easy, it's basically free anyways. 
Then you need to find a valuable item. For example, found any name tags? That could work.

Now try to sell it on steam market. I'm not sure if it's possible (haven't tried it yet) but I'm pretty sure it will.

Sell it for at least 51 cents, then go onto the store and buy the cheapest thing.

if ur truly in that situation, i would be worrying about more serious things that a video game item. Stop asking money from strangers on the internet, Its not gonna work and its just plain rude
