What are some great ways to relax at home that don't require thinking?

I've had a lot of assignments lately and have almost no time to myself. If I take time I don't have off, I feel guilty, but I find I can't focus at all on doing work.

Then when I try to relax, all the things I do to take time off require a bit of thinking -- playing cards with others, watching anime and digesting the story -- I usually end up with a headache.

So...I was wondering, what are some good things I can do to relax and calm myself down after a long day?

Update:

The TV doesn't work. xD

It'd be preferable if I don't stare at a screen. I already do that for university.

If you have an iPhone (or smart phone) download a free app called "Relax +" by Andrew Johnston. It's a 20 minute meditation recording. It nearly puts me to sleep and I feel so calm after listening to it. Other things you can do 1) fifteen minute walk outside, 2) bubble bath, 3) power nap, 4) yoga.

    Good luck!

These guys make melodic drums which are great for relaxation. The sound is really gentle and soothing, and you don't need to be a musician to play them - it's so easy! Even little kids and babies can play them.

If you're into it, they also do Chakra drums. All of them are perfect for meditation. You can just lose yourself, the sound is so hypnotic - and I'm not exaggerating....

Check them out on youtube: AM Drums (steel tongue drums):
