If I was a lesbian, I would think about the touch of her breasts, her ***, any hints if shes a lesbian, and if she looks like she can ****.

The easiest way to explain it would indeed be that a lesbian would look for the same in a woman as a straight man would. The same would also apply to gays towards men in accordance with straight women. So in general the answer would be: Yes.
But don't forget that personality and personal preference also play a big part in how someone looks at a potential partner.
