Agency Worker vs Contractor?

I am currently employed as an Agency Worker (UK), however I have been working in the same company for over 2 years. If I were to lose that position, would the Company have to pay some sort of redundancy benefit? Would the agency be liable? Or is there no liability in either circumstance?

Depends on your contract, but unlikely they will have to pay you anything.

No liability by either in the UK. That is why companies use Agency workers.
