Contact any box plant. Ask if you can have there 100 lb container board scraps.
More then sufficient for what you want to do.

How far does the bridge have to span?
Are there restrictions on type or amount of paper or tape?
A rolled up magazine makes a great pillar and can support a lot of weight.
(10kg is about 22 pounds.)
