DESPUES DE 2 MESES, PRESCRIBIO TU DERECHO A DEMANDAR.

Demasiado tarde ademas eso depende la indemnización solo se da cuando la empresa despide un empleado sin justa causa. y si tu te retiraste voluntariamente solo se te pagara liquidación, la indemnización es pagar por daños causados.
