Outbound Telemarketing and wiretapping law?
Attempting to get some samples of Outbound Telemarketing Script Verbiage that will suffice the need to meet wiretapping requirements whereby one party must let the other know the call is being recorded. This is above and beyond a verification process but actual notification to the customer at the opening of the call. Any ideas?
