Did Poxitony Phil blow it or what?

February 2, 2013, this furry little rodent predicted an early spring, here it is Spring and already over 7 weeks of snow storms has plagued the Northeast, what do you want to do with this little liar?

He misses it from time to time since his "forecast" is simply an old lore, unbased in science at all.

    Short answer: no

    Longer answer: no.

    FYI...Punxsutawney Phil is a rodent.

ICYMI...rodents have little...if any...intelligence beyond basic instincts for survival and reproduction.

Furthermore...March snow in the NE is not at all unusual.

What's unusual is the perception about March snow being unusual.
