Unknown file request from answers.yahoo.com?

Question

When I attempt to rate an answer today on YA a box keeps appearing at the bottom of my computer screen asking if I want to open or save ks-rnr-xhr-handler.php;_ylt=Al1Cd7p9M.YFqvYTQEBehiYxQt.;_ylv=3 from answers.yahoo.com?  My security will not allow me to open it to try and find out what it is, and I want it to stop.

Has anyone else seen this, and do you know how to make it stop?  I rarely get annoyed over something so trivial, but I cannot rate any answers....Thank you everyone.  Have a good day.

It's one of the new glitches and there is a bug report on the suggestion board about it. The drop down on the About tab is not showing and hovering over avatars is not showing any details, thumbs are messed up and more.
For the thumbs up, when the file box comes up just x it closed and if you go back to the question you will see it went through.

Some people are indicating a problem today with the thumbs up/down. There is nothing you can do other than wait for it to be fixed or clear the cache and see if that helps. It must be only in certain areas since it works fine for me.

hey you answered my question about sneaking out and well maybe it wasn't on purpose or whatever but I really wanted to thank you cause well first of all I didn't do something stupid but I also realized what I was doing and becoming this days I realized that I was becoming someone I don't wanna be I know is hard to believe but You changed my life with that comment thank you so much and good luck with the card thingy
