Can I stay in a infantry unit, if I have hypothyrodism?

    well I was going to join the military in 2009' and the recruiter knew I had hypothyroidism

    and he said that it was ok!

    if the military accepts it!!! I think is cool

    .Seems to be ok if controlled by medication.

    Source(s): Current hypothyroidism uncontrolled by medication (244) is disqualifying. Current or history of hyperthyroidism (242.9) is disqualifying
