HOW COULD THEY CANCEL HEROES nbc?
So i watched this show woth my parents as a bed time family time sort deal than we got bust and i figured why not rewatch it because i stopped around season 4 and now that i re watched the entire thing i found out they cancled it like WTF why would they do such a thing,.. i dont believe that the show was losing ratings hollywood sucks! heard the writers went on strike,??
another child hood series was smallvile good thing that wasnt cancled but im still working on prison break

I love Smallville. the series finale was great!.
SPOILER ALERT, or not about Prison Break: FOX decided to end the show while it was on a high note than drag it out. so idk which season you're on but it ended with season 4.
But as for Heroes it is true that the writer's strike did affect it and that is also true for others show as well. But ultimately it was suffering in rating lose. compared to the beginning of the series when it had close to 15 million viewers it did drop over the years. plus compared to other shows it wasn't doing well as it did in its early years.
For example shows on CBS usually have ratings around 20 million, so a show with a rating of 8 million would be consider a low rating. Because a show with 8 million it's not doing so well compared to others on that network even though 8 million viewers is a pretty good amount.

The thing is though, is that shows like Heroes start off really popular, but as they throw in all of those new characters and crazy story lines, people get tired of it, it gets to confusing for those who just want something simple and easy to follow. I personally loved Heroes, and i was quite sad to see it go, but all shows come to an end at some point.
