It's completely normal, as a young teenager, I also go through it all the time. I find that music often affects my moods, you when I'm down I listen to some dancey music which usually makes me feel better. Don't try to nurse your unhappy feelings! Trust me, it really doesn't help. Just try with a positive attitude (though soemtimes this is easier said than done).

This could be normal for your personality type. If you take the Big 5 Personality Typing Test and score high in the "Neuroticism", this is characteristic behavior for you. Neuroticism is the tendency to experience strong negative emotions. But if you do score high, that is not an excuse to hide away and feel bad all the time.
If you do not receive a high neuroticism score, this is not normal. Tell someone. The shrinks these days are fabulous ;)
Either way, try to do something you love doing and try to snap out of your depressing mood.

Unless it's situational (something in particular is making you depressed), it might be biochemical. You might need to take an antidepressant. Or something could be triggering it but perhaps you don't know what it is. Start keeping a journal and write every event of the day. Sometimes when you do that and then you feel that way, you can go back about 72 hiurs in your journal and start pinpointing patterns. Could also be something you eat. Write that down too. Good luck!

It is perfectly normal :) your bodies going through changes, and mood swings change when you grow older because of puberty. This could also run in your family. Either way it can go away by itself. You don't need to start worrying until your attempting to murder people or if your taking everything out on everyone. But what your going through at this age is normal, and it will not go away until your about 18. I hope this helped :)

If I gets worse then get checked out. My cousin started out like that and got worse and was diagnosed with depression or a bipolar disorder.
