it is normal to have sex at least twice a week to the average couple. however i have never been "normal" lol so me and my spouse aim for at least 3 or 4 times a week maybe more!! even if we have to work around kids,work, or busy schedules. we go out of our way to make time for each other. it keeps us connected and passionate about one another. one surefire way to put bullets in your own relationship is to fall into a lackluster or normal routine sex life. be spontaneous lol

There's no "normal" times per week. It shouldn't be like that. Sometimes you just want to be hugged; sometimes your husband doesn't feel like having sexual intercourse.
Marriage and life is not centered on how many sexual interludes you have. I have a good friend who is now a quadriplegic. He and his girlfriend eventually got married and adopted two wonderful children. There is no sexual intercourse in their marriage; but there is a huge amount of love.
