No, Nokia will never come out with an android phone. Atleast not in near future.

Nokia has a contract now with MicroSoft Windows 8 , So, Nokia will play around with Windows 8 Phone OS with it's coming phones and tablets.

Prior to that Nokia had contract with Symbian and then Maemo and Meego, So, Nokia never came up with any android device.

But there is always a possibility, So, who knows when their contract with MicroSoft ends they may tie up with Android. But that's not going to happen anytime soon.

You will read lot of rumors on several websites and see a lot of pictures of fictious information. Those pics are basically moded pics of Nokia N9 and has no relation with reality.

In 2016 they will be allowed to make android phones. They just released an android table. Which is part of the contract.

I am sure that someone at one of Nokia many many sites own an Android phone

I guess just a guess that someone owns Blackberry, if you want NOKIA on an ANDROID phone you can change the "Bluetooth Name" of your AndroID phone to "NOkia"
