Usually after but sometimes before. It depends upon how hectic the morning is

I brush my teeth before I eat breakfast. My brother used to do it after breakfast when he was at home. He's in college now so I don't know what he does anymore.

What's the point in brushing them before? You brush to clean them, so if you have your breakfast afterwards they're dirty again. You should brush after every meal.
