Girl problems..Helppp?

OK so there's this guy at work and i don't know if he likes me but i do like him.So first off he asks me to high five him and he's like 6'3 i'm 5'5. He raises his hand up high so i have to jump to actually reach and he makes me do it and he was trying to get me to fist bump and stuff and also grabs me by my shoulder playfully (i hope this doesnt sound violent LOL) ..He pokes me a lot when my back is facing him so that i turn around and talk to him.

And this guy is like really weird weird as in not creepy but like i feel like we have similar personalities (different from mainstream behavior) We always talk and joke a lot like every conversation we have is always hilarious..And this one time when we talked about relationships he told me that he has never had a girlfriend because he had never found someone worth putting that much effort into..And yes he does talk to other girls but with me i find that he's a little more open and playfully and gets physical too (not in a perverted way) Btw im 18 he's a yr older..And once i gave him my twitter username and he never followed so the next time we worked together he told me he lost it so he gave me his username so i could follow him. And kept reminding me how to spell it and he was kinda happy that i remembered it..When i got home that night, i followed him and he followed me back right away and when i msgd him once he replied in like a sec..and this is the type of guy who tweets in like 3 or 4 days..So idk maybe im just a delusional little teenage girl but any comments are helpful!
