Can a Producer make an album or ep?

I make instrumentals and producer of hiphop.

I want to make a ep this year but im not

rapping or singing.

so would the ep have to say

HOSTED BY DJ BLAH BLAH

or would I have to be qualified as

a instrumental artist for the ep?

    You don't even have to say HOSTED BY, you can definitely release an all instrumental album. If you want, I rap a little bit, send me some instrumentals and I can send you some back with some raps in them. jfromero71@gmail.com

    You can release a EP of all interments without being an intermental artist.
