Are you asking, "if I couldn't get through EOD Pipeline, can I tryout for SO (aka SEAL)?" The simple answer is no. But once you get rolled into whatever rating that you signed up originally, then after few years in that rating, you can try to put in a request to tryout for SO though.

SEALs do BUD/S training not EOD, and no I doubt you will ever even attempt selection, why? You clearly have no initiative, you need to ask strangers for help on the matter. You haven't even bothered to research the topic and I'm not sure you are acctually aware of what a SEAL does. Frankly I would be concerned having someone quite so unstable handling a weapon on the front line.
