How to make Beet hairdye?
Ok so i REALLY want to colour my hair, but i want to experiment at home and do it myself since im kind of known for that, and i found out beet has some colouring in it. So if i wanted to make a hair dye, would i have to just boil the red parts? Or are there anymore ingredients i should add?
THANKS!

omg please please please do not do any of the above!!! if you have no idea what you are doing, you are going to regret it! you could damage your hair badly or stain other things....its not worth it. box color is just as bad...there is very high volume developers used and they are not necessary for everyone. its unneeded damage! your safest bet is to go to a salon. if you want orange hair, it has to be lightened with bleach...but bleach is the most complicated thing to work with and control, even for a stylist, if you're wanting it all over. if you still want to have nice hair when you are done, please go to a professional!! good luck...

Try boiling it and mix it with some conditioner. Or unflavoured gelatin.
But I don't think it'll last for a long time.
You can also try getting some oil chalks. Rub it on your hair and it'll dye it! I tried pink before.
Or, get some kool aid that has a colour you like (ex. Red)

Have funnnn~~~
Source(s): Fun fact: put some lemon on your hair. Go out when it's sunny. Stay for a while, your hair will turn lighter. But you have to do it a few times before it'll really show a difference. It can dry out your hair too so make sure to take care.
