I'm an 18 year old female who is 5ft 1"
I weigh 9 stone 2 pound and have an hourglass figure.
My average top size is 10, along with my bottom sizing too.
I am a size 36B.
I'd like to get down to about 8 and a half stone in 5-6 weeks!

Well thats fine your weight. You should be about that at your age, dont worry your fine. I mean it wouldn't hurt you if you did lose abit of weight..but you seem at the average size to me.
Just make sure you eat enough fruit and veg.. 5 a day would be good.
dont eat after 5 hours before you go to sleep/bed accept from water and cut out junk food...
Ive been eating porridge/ oat meal for ages and ive lost half a stone;-)!

Well if you feel you are go for it. A couple of tips for weight loss. What you eat is incredibly Important, eat lean foods with healthy fats like oats, avocado, olive oil. Exercise is second on your list of importance. You can go to a local gym and try out the cardio machines or you can go on jogs around your neighborhood. Try starting out with ten minutes everyday or even every other day if you're short on time. And as you fitness increases increase the time you go for.
Don't start skipping meals or anything,the best way to a healthy body is exercise and nutrition.

No, you are upper end of normal weight range. If you want to lose a little weight, then just cut your calorie intake by about 500 calories per day and this should allow you to lose 1lb per week. Hope this helps.

Well I dont know if your overweight or not but it looks like you wanna slim down. That I can help you with.
Now if you like to eat, that's fine as long as your not eating tons of junk food and soda. Like fast food and even normal foods but with a large plate. What You need to do is cut that out of your diet, you can have fast food but limit that once a month. If you have a gym membership start working out more, especially on treadmill. If you don't its fine. Do pushups at home, girl pushups.. If you have a computer go on YouTube, there are tae bo workouts that require no weights just cardio. As long as your sweeting and feel tired during and after your workout your losing weight. Drink plenty of water. Now im not telling you only drink water. Drink juices. Not ones with sugar like kool aid,. Drinking juices that contain like Gatorade, mango lemonade forgot who makes that. Apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice.. Juice juice juice. If you dont have enough juices you like. Eat fruits as well, bananas are really good for your body, avacadoes helps your body burn fats also nuts burn fats as well which could be a good snake now in then. Some chips are healthy as long as they are backed and not packed with salt. Snack mixes are slo good like chex mix snacks. Remember to workout at least the 3 times a week. Also run, when it's not could outside or jog.. If you get tired quick that's fine the more you try to run the more you'll get used to it and it'll be a breeze. Stretch your body out before you do any activity and eating good ceral or snacks before your activity.. If like sports go out and play... If not lol go out in play the more your body works the more you'll burn calorie and fat.

yea you are, sorry. but you can exercise a lot. try doing the elliptical. if you loose 500 calories a day. you can loose a kg in a week. and it will be more than enough. it will be fine. i wish you all the best!
