If you were the President of USA, how would you do health care.?

Would you Organize it and prevent some thing, or every man for himself , or keep it tied to a Job, or tie it to some sort of taxes.

    Id create a national government healthcare alternative to the private sector ones, functioning almost like a new company.

    Then id have that company require a minimum number of hours worked weekly (30 or so) and set the pay scale based on family income and how much a person can afford to pay and have it cover general medical expenses, basically a low coverage plan that is guranteed for all who qualify
