    You need a dollar "for him"??? What does that even mean.

    If you're going to buy a PowerBall ticket, you'll need 2 dollars. That's the price.

    Anyone who tells you they have a "good technique" that will increase your chances at winning the lottery is either lying to you, or is an idiot, or both.
