Stream music from Iphone to home theatre receiver?

I'm looking for an add-on component that will allow me to stream music stored on an Iphone or Ipad to a home theatre receiver. Please don't recommend a new receiver, not an option right now. Links to the item you recommend appriciated.

    Apple Airport Express will do it. It is $99 new and less when refurbished.
