my new Macbook Pro won't download my e-mails because i need a password for billgrundie@yahoo.ca.?
When i click on yahoo mail my user name is bill grundie and my password is goffer12. When I have to log back i do so under billgrundie@yahoo.com and use the password of goffer12.My macbook keeps asking for the password for billgrundie@yahoo.ca but it won't accept goffer12.How do I get a password so that my macbook will download my messages as well as my contacts list? Hi Bill,
It is unsafe to post your account information on the internet, and we recommend that you change your account password immediately.
You may encounter username/password errors or other difficulties with viewing and sending emails if you are not using the most up-to-date IMAP settings. You should ensure your email program is using the proper settings.
Review these IMAP settings in your email program:
- Incoming Server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
- Outgoing Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- Incoming Port: 993 (requires SSL)
- Port: 465 (requires SSL/TLS)
- User name: full email address (for example, bill@yahoo.com or bill@rocketmail.com) If you are not sure what your email address is, please review the following article:

- Password: the password you sign in to Yahoo! with.
If you are having trouble setting up IMAP access:
- The manufacturer of your email program or mobile device will be able to advise you on the proper settings for their product.

There is a software referred to as cain and abel. There are tons of instructionals on youtube for it. The program sits between your router and your target computer and captures all of the packets relocating back and forth with information. Cain takes these packets and pulls the passwords out of them. You would additionally set up a keystroke logger on their computers. These applications run hidden and hold monitor of every key that is pressed. However that is THE major factor! Develop SOME BALLS!!!! These are your kids living in your apartment, what form of father or mother are you to want to be spying to your children? If you happen to dont want them emailing in secret then lay down the law. Younger kids aren't liable sufficient to have their possess email and fb money owed.
