Ghost activity? Unexplained scratches, paranoia, ect..?
About a month ago my aunt died from medical reasons. However, for the past few weeks I've been feeling very paranoid. I always feel like someone or something is watching me. On my stairs especially I feel cold spots. When I'm in my room by myself is especially when I feel paranoid. Every day I always find scratches on my body (arms, legs, hands, feet, neck). They don't bleed or abraise the skin. The one I'm most paranoid about is 3 lines near my neck close together, 2 small and one long. And before I get these scratches I always feel a burning sensation. Do you think this is caused by the paranormal? Also last night I had the worst dream that my friend believed that they saw a ghost looking at me then I woke up from the dream and felt a presence in front of my face but i couldn't move it was so strong I don't know what it was. I'm still unsure if it was real or if I was lucid dreaming or something..
Help I'm so paranoid!! Give me any insight you have thank you all!
I don't know if this helps but my room is always freezing cold!!
More info about the scratches: they look like rose thorns scratch me, and some are really faint and seem like they're not even touching my skin. I have had two scratches that almost look like tiny bite marks, almost like spider bites.
I do not have long nails or a pet that can scratch me
I have people sleep over all the time with me and nothing happens to them
My house is fairly new, probably 10 years old and my family built it

demons scratch people in sets of three, they do this because they are mocking the holy trinity, the father, the son, and the holy ghost. when demons scratch you there is usually a burning sensation.

Get somebody else to look at your 'scratches' it may be something thought out from paranoia, such as when a student studies to be a doctor and self diagnoses his or herself when nothing is actually wrong. Get somebody else to sleep over for a while or maybe just a night and see if they have the same experience.

Leave something in your room. Like a letter to the spirit. Go to sleep but not in that room. That is his or her room. When you sleep a dream should come and try to see what that means
