start running
go jogging 3-4 days a week.. 30-40 mins a session
an eat less carbs, an reduce sugars
increase vegetables an lean proteins

I wouldn't recommend more than 1 pound a week. Figure out how many calories you need for your activity level and to maintain your current weight and then subtract 500 calories from that. 3500 calories is a pound so you'd lose about 1 pound in a week. Any faster and you'll likely be left with lots of lose skin. So basically exercise more, eat less. Good luck!

I wouldn't recommend it. A pound a week is considered kind of fast, so anything more than that would be unhealthy.
Plus, if you achieved this by extreme exercise or starving yourself, etc, your body will react badly, meaning you will put back on the weight, and a lot more after!
