is munchkin a family game?

i just bought the card game munchkin with my brother. I have heard many good things about it, but i have a little sister who is 8, and she would like to play too. alot of funny games have sexual signs, so im just checking.

p.s. my parents might be playing, so it could get awkward. will anything be inappropriate

p.s.p.s. im 16 and my brother is 12.

    The game is I think technically rated PG-13. It's nothing graphic, but there are some kind of "adult" jokes that would at the very least be a little awkward with your parents. Nothing really bad though, that I can think of. There are cards that are Curses that change your gender and you have to spend a turn because you're "distracted" by it. There are a few other jokes that are kind of like that, nothing very explicit, but the game is a little more adult than your standard board game.
