Neutron reflector for experiment?

Is there any substance which allows neutrons to bounce off of it?

    No.

    Most neutrons will pass through the space between atoms. If a neutron hits a nucleus, the nuclus may absorb the neutron.

    Occasionally, a neutron may be back-scattered (reflected) by a heavy nucleus but this is relatively infrequent.
