There are so many of them out there but really this is so simple, so you do not need a recipe. It is usually sautéed onions in oil with the meat and veggies added; some soy sauce and maybe chili pepper. The fun of stir-fry is to create it from what you have in the fridge. Sesame should be the oil of choice for that rich, tangy Oriental taste. The meat you get is primo as it should be tender and cut on the diagonal for even more tenderness. Vegetables from celery to carrots and water chestnuts should be cooked crisp with a tender bite to them. Pans are important here: a nonstick with flared sides is a must because the ingredients cook quickly. So in order to cook them evenly, they need to be hitting a hot pan on all sides at the same time.

This http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ak7MP... might be good. as a stir fry that you can tweak such as taking the bread out of the picture. A bed of brown fried rice might be good.
